These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Advanced Missoula Concrete website at missoulaconcretecontractor.com and any services provided by Advanced Missoula Concrete ("we," "our," or "us") in connection with concrete contracting work. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services, view our service areas, and contact us. You agree not to:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current. However, we make no warranty or representation that the content on this site is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Service availability, pricing, and project timelines are subject to change. Always confirm the details of any project with us directly before making decisions based on information from this site.
Estimates provided by Advanced Missoula Concrete, whether by phone, email, or during an on-site visit, are based on information available at the time and are not binding contracts. A final contract price will be confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties before any work begins. Estimates may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or materials differ from what was originally discussed.
When you engage Advanced Missoula Concrete for concrete contracting work, the terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement will govern the specific scope of work, payment schedule, warranty, and other terms relevant to your project. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services or creates a binding contractual obligation.
All concrete work performed by Advanced Missoula Concrete is subject to applicable Montana building codes and permit requirements. It is the client's responsibility to notify us of any easements, underground utilities, or other site conditions that could affect the work. We recommend contacting 811 to have underground utilities located before any concrete removal or excavation.
Payment terms will be specified in your written service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept the payment methods specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as described in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work if payment obligations are not met.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Missoula Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from any concrete services we provide, beyond the amount paid by you for those services. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as the Montana Department of Labor and Industry or material supplier sites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Missoula County, Montana.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
